17. Jen's #6 remarks say everything I wanted to say. I completely agree. Anna Nicole was a drama queen when in front of the cameras -- that was her persona! But in her private life, she was just like everyone else. To imply her death was planned by her to be a media event is absurd. I am very concerned about the future -- so many people blurt out hateful, painful statements about others these days, never considering what affect their words will have & not caring. Don't bother to find out the truth before speaking, either. It's people like YOU who are the drama queens. Just say whatever comes to mind to escalate the rumors & get people wound up.

19. Don't go blaming Howard Stern for ANS's problems. SHE alone was responsible for the death of her son Danny, her own death and leaving her baby without a mother now. Anna Nicole was not only a drug addict but an alcoholic for many years. She continued to be under the influence throughout her pregnancies putting her unborn children at extreme risk. She subjected Danny to her wild, partying, drug and booze lifestyle which surrounded him with drugs and unsavory types. Anna Nicole put herself BEFORE the welfare of her children. If she had been a decent mother she would have devoted herself to caring for her children..putting their welfare above all else.. instead of parading around making a clown of herself and a horrendous role model. It is easy now to point fingers at who killed Daniel and ANS. In the end she was an adult and had choices...she chose the lifestyle she lived. She made her bed and now has to lie in it. The only real tragedy here is the death of her son Daniel and her little daughter who faces a very uncertain future.

I need to be honest i never really liked anna nicole smith but when i found out she died i was kinda sad - i cant help but feel for her poor baby girl who doesnt even have a father figure in her life - i just hope everyone can get themselves together and stop worrying about all the money and just put this baby girls needs first

21. For all of you that insulted me for believing that a woman has the right to mourn her child in peace grow up.

So based on some of your comments you would be the same idiots who would tell a familiy member of yours who lost a pet, a child parent, a granparent, a lover, a friend - TO JUST GET OVER IT.

Yeah you guys are heartless if you do not believe that she deserved the same courtesy. I hope that when the time comes (as it eventually does) that some person does not give you time to grieve. Does not understand your loss.

A friend of mine told me to stop getting upset over bloggers. When that little girl was raped and killed in florida a few years ago the yahoo bloggers said she begged to get raped.

I wanted to throw up. My friend who used to manage blogs back in the early days of the internet said he constantly had to warn bloggers and kick them off.

I was raised to feel compassion for my fellow man and I was just hoping that some of you people would realize attacking her like you did was wrong.

What scares me most which is what scared me a few years ago after reading the yahoo blog was how people really think.

Jekyl and hyde personalities (spelling) scare me. Bloggers are posting nasty comments but if they were in public (other than rosie) they would keep their mouth shut.

I ask you does your family, boss friends know that you come here and blog? Have you shown them all your postings? I bet none of you would.

22. It's obvious that she overdosed with those combinations of medicatiion, plus the fact that people had seen her drinking for days before. Methadone in combination with alchohol can be deadly; it seems like that may have been the case here. Seems she led a very destructive lifestyle. I don't think her mom should be condemned for speaking the truth. Hopefully her daughter will have a better life.

This whole Anna Nicole thing has gotten waaaaay outta hand. Is this whats making the headlines? Dont get me wrong, it's all very tragic and heartbreaking. But there are others suffering worse throughout their lives than Anna did. Poverty, famine and wars run rampant around the world and we're all focused on some blonde actress, singer or whatever you want to call her and her ill fated life?

Yes, Anna Nicole's life was in a fish bowl. That was her whole exsistance, fame and fortune. But let's get realistic here, her making the news ISN'T changing that famine, war or aids epidemic we're seeing spiral out of control. Anna may have done good things in her life (she was an avid lover of animals and animal rights) But our focus should be on things more important that some actress who OD'ed or the money she never got to spend on Prada Bags and thousand dollar shoes.

Those who said it was her choice how to live, are correct. However, she could of changed her lifestyle. But got caught up in the glitz, glamour and the seedy underworld of Hollywood. Those who could of saved her didn't. In the end, only Anna Nicole Smith was the one who ended up losing her life. Her daughter will someday have to listen to stories of her mother. The boozing, the partying, the whirl wind lifestyle. Sure you could feel sorry for her, but can you REALLY? Only she was in control of her mind, body and soul.... NOONE else. Its not mandatory to drink or do drugs to have a good time.

In closing, let's open our eyes to the real issues facing our world today. We grieve for Daniel, Anna and little Dannilynn who's life has been turned upside down by tragedy. But at the end of the day, we need to go back to the real world, to our jobs and our families. Life doesn't stop here, it continues on with each birth and death. Celebrate memories, not sadness.

25. I just read the article from the New York Daily Post regarding all the prescription medications found in Anna Nicole's Hotel Room. One of the drugs was "fentanyl", which is a "very" powerful narcotic. Fetanyl is sometimes used when a patient undergoes major general surgury. If you take 1 tab of that without a physician monitoring your intake, it can kill you fast. That's a very powerful dangerous drug, and is almost impossible to detect in an autopsy or blood tes, unless it's being specifically looked for.
According to Nancy Grace, on CNN last night, it's been reported that all the prescription drugs found in Anna Nicole's room, were prescribed to "Howard K. Stern"., her long time attorney/companion. They need to take a good look at this guy, and charge him with a minimum involuntary manslaughter, for supplying these medications to her.

I really feel for her baby daughter, and hope to god she has a better life than her mother did. She had it rough.

26. Jesus, this bitch ANS was one sick fuck. Not only does she let J. Howard Marshall die in a hospital, calling out her name, while she's in LA whooping it up with a boyfriend (on J Howard Marshall's credit cards, no less), but now we learn she froze J. Howard Marshall's sperm to impregnate herself so as to win millions from his estate in the lawsuit. I thought she was just an empty headed lush; now we see just how calculating & manipulative she was. Definitely a GOLD DIGGER. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

I agree with everything you said. unfortunately, the majority of the people who blog on this site aren't intelligent enough to spell their name, let alone have compassion for another human being. Their vicious comments are a way to deal with their own frustration in their lives.

Michele - Apparently you aren't too familiar with family law, and as far as a loving foster family... they are far and few between. We don't make up our own laws becasue they fit our opinions, we follow the law because it is the law.

30. I don't care what anyone says its too coincedental that first Marshall dies then his son and then Anna's first child then HER DIE? I say this and will keep saying this from the begining that her boyfriend/LAWYER is THE MURDERER he is always AVAILABLE at the time all this was going on and i don't care what they say he did all this poisoning them all and now he has finished what he set out to do KILL THEM ALL and then all that is left is the BABY which IS NOT HIS but tried to convince all that he IS THE BABIES DAD which HE IS NOT and thats why he MADE SURE he put his name on that BIRTH CERTIFICATE so when he accomplished what he did knowing that baby is all that is LEFT that he will STEAL anything that is in that TRUST FUND and if he does the trust fund of MARSHALL her EX HUSBAND! I just heard the news conference the police gave LIVE ON CNN when asked where was her LAWYER from one of the news media, they said they didn't know, supposedly that at the time that she became VERY ILL that only a FEMALE NURSE was in the room with her and she called her body guard in to give her CPR and then called SECURITY of the Hotel and then 911! THE POLICE HAD BETTER GRAB HER LAWYER AND START DOING SOME exhuming of BODIES and NICOLE'S or this SOB is going to get away with murder or the BABY WILL BE NEXT Because they said the baby was in the BAHAMAS, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT, here the MOTHER DIES AND IS IN THE USA AND YET HIS SO CALLED BABY IS NOT WITH THE MOTHER AND SHE DIES? AND YET HE IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND?? THEY HAD BETTER GET THAT BABY BACK HERE to the REAL FATHER BEFORE SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THAT BABY!! Rest in Peace Anna and praying that the law gets to your poor baby before that Murderer boyfriend of yours does because of him your Daniel and you both are a victim to his greed and your angel you left here without a mother will be next! Unless he has already PROMISED the HIGH OFFICIALS WIFE that is BABYSITTING a HUGE CUT in the collecting of your child's estate to KEEP the baby out of the STATES so he can DRAIN anything that the baby is entitled too from your ex's estate!
