31. I believe it probably was an overdose, but where were all the drugs ,narcotics coming from, these were prescriptions!!! Most doctors for all the ordinary folks won't prescribe anything!!!!!!!!!! They are afraid of Xanax because it is so addicting, I can just see myself going to my doctor and saying I'm in pain could you prescribe me methodon,it would never happen!!!! And I've had a doctor say take a jog and exercise and that will help!! Or take some tylenol pm to help you sleep

32. Found drugs in her room? I thought the report was that they did NOT find any drugs in her room (probably flushed). Anna Nicole CHOSE her lifestyle and enjoyed the limelight. The person that I really feel badly for is her daughter....what kind of life is she going to have? I agree with the person that said she should be anonymously put in the custody of foster parents for awhile....maybe years. I don't think Howard K. Stern is totally innocent (or the father of the baby).

33. Yeah I think whoever prescribed those medications needs to explain what they were thinking. Prescription meds are way more dangerous than street drugs, no doctor in their right mind would give someone who is grieving and very depressed a loaded gun and help them to point it at their head. Blame Howard all you want but the doctors need their asses kicked.

34. It is apparent that many of the posters haven't been following this tragedy in the making closely, for the past several months. Anyone interested, if they had the hous of time that it would take, can easily review the old TMZ articles and posts. WHY ON EARTH, would HKS, a nurse and a bodyguard allow all of this prescription medication to be out in the room where a confused Anna could easily accidentally take too much or the wrong thing for whatever reason she may have had? Especially in view of DANIEL'S DEMISE in Anna and HOWARD'S PRESENCE!!! Who is THE DOCTOR prescribing all this medication to HOWARD and FOR WHAT? What kind of a nurse was with her - RN, LVN, a nurse's aide? If she needed a nurse, why wasn't the nurse there AT THE MOMENT SHE LOST CONSCIOUSNESS rather than "finding her."
Howard K. Stern could EASILY have put ILLEGAL DRUGS in the legal RX vials. I certainly hope they are testing each and every pill found for verification. He could easily have FLUSHED any ILLEGAL DRUGS as he is alleged to have done after Daniel's death!!
Why was Anna being served all this liquor at the bars if she was so obviously intoxicated and WHERE WAS HOWARD, THE BODYGUARD and NURSE and why didn't they cut her drinks offf if the bartender didn't. I would not trust ANYONE HIRED by HKS, including HIS LAWYERS!!!
If Anna had frozen Mr. Marshall's sperm (as was theorized by myself and others right here on these boards) and used it to impregnate herself thinking this would guarantee an inheritance from Mr. Marshall, then why would she have told LB he was the father, Ben Thompson that he was and even wanted him to sign the birth certificate? Why wouldn't she have just come right out and told what she had done and then insisted on a DNA to prove it and possibly enhance her chance at winning the disputed inheritance. And, why wouldn't GREEDY GRIFTER HOWARD suggested she do so?
HKS certainly had the power of suggestion over her as can be seen in those
ET interviews. I now wonder how much time he spent suggesting to her in private that she would never be able to get over Daniel's death while slowly poisoining her out of his pharmacy. Then, all he has to do is make it look like a possible suicide or accidental overdose, just like in Daniel's case. How very convient for HKS and Anna suddenly planning a REAL marriage as has been reported. Just before the INQUEST in Daniel's death.

You seem to think that ANS was on TV trying to explain 'her side' of the story, while in reality she was taking big bucks for every teary moment. She toatally exploited the death of her own son before anyone else had a chance!

Everything she ever did was about her and only her. Fact....

She may have started out a decent human being, but what was left at the end was pathetic to the point that even she saw it thru her drug-fuelede haze.

The world needs bleeding hearts like you without doubt. Just don't get in a debate with those who see reality for what it is. Those people are necessary too...

36. Money buys methadone.

Methadone is SUPPOSED to be used to reduce a heroin junkies' withdrawal to a more manageable level and SUPPOSED to be administered with discretion, under supervision.

Writing a script for it, as it appears was done for ANS is just plain irresponsible on the part of the physician, if it was her Rx. Same for all the other drugs. If a doc couldn't discern that she was a train wreck that had no business with an arsenal of drugs, then that person should not have the kind of medical license that allows them to prescribe those types of drugs.

I was horrified to learn that an old (long term, not age), very wealthy friend of mine had been given such a script years ago, to get her through until she went into rehab. She abused the hell out of it, just as one would expect out of a DRUG ABUSER.

Get a grip, doctors. Seems like the the powers that be aren't vigilant about the Rx's for the really dangerous, addictive drugs and need to be held responsible for the results.

Really, is it surprising to learn that ANS was partying hard, even in the wake of "the flu"? It makes me feel nauseous just thinking about all the drugs and alcohol she mixed.

As for her poor child, I can't imagine what life was like with a drugged, drunk mother. At least, hopefully, she is young enough not to remember.

GAG @ this "sister's" expose about ANS freezing the billionaire's sperm. Actually, that was predictable, coming from anyone associated with or related to ANS. Money grubbing, attention seeking losers, the lot of them.

In a perfect world, the residuals from ANS's legitimate work would be managed carefully for the care and future of that poor baby, as it would be a lot more than most people have. She would be adopted into a loving, normal, anonymous home with adoptive parents and adoptive siblings to teach her about love and respect. I hate the thought of an innocent baby being born into scandalous litigation and having the burden of the scandal and money that getting a chunk of the billionaire's estate would bring. Let her learn to make her own and be able to feel good about herself.

39. I'm no Colombo but I think she was murdered it just don't add up. What was the purpose of the "nurse" if she couldn't call 911 and commence CPR immediately.
why did she have to make all these phone calls and waited for the bodyguard to perform CPR. I think howard k stern conspire with that so call nurse. I think he pump her drugs daily
and watch her dye a slow death so it won't look suspicious. something wrong happen this is not a coincidence.

I agree with SOME of what you said, however I think you fail to take note of a very important fact. ANS was NOT grieving all the other times she did drugs/booze...etc. I am a mother who HAS buried a child so I feel I am in a position to comment somewhat. Although every parent's grief is as different as their beloved child that has passed, one CANNOT "measure" their sorrow OR loss by how long they "last" after their loss. What I wouldn't have given to just crawl under a rock and die myself...but you see Jen, I couldn't and I loved my daughter and was as bonded to her every much as ANS was to her son. Why didn't I choose to let the grief take complete control? Because I had other children! Just as ANS had ANOTHER child she was responsible for. It comes to a point in life when no matter how deep your pain may be, your children come first NO MATTER WHAT. It would have been sooooooo easy just to spiral down into a pit of despair and run away from it all in a haze induced mess. What is HARD, and what takes more courage than I hope you ever know, is to pick yourself up and not, "get over it" but manage to get through it. You know no more what ANS "real" life was like than any of these other people or I do. We can only go by what is reported and everyone has their spin. I find it hard to believe any psychiatrist or whatever says they are "surprised ANS made it this far since her and her son were so close" since they see people every single day that have lost children and have managed to stay afloat. Oh and if you dont think "regular" people don't get scrutinized for their child's death then think again. Try being the parent of a child who died of SIDS or even an accident. It doesnt matter whether you get "judged" in full view of the world or by just one person in private because you know what? At that point you really dont give a damn who thinks what about you, all you care about is that your child is gone. Also Jen, dont judge the world by Yahoo bloggers, they are nothing but trolls taking it to a new level.

43. TMZ once again creates news when it can't find a real source . The intial toxocology report did not find any substantial amounts of drugs , Including alchohol , in Anna 's sytem . "Just hours before she died she was seen doing shots " ??? DON"T YOU TMZ GUYS READ YOUR OWN BLOGS ???? Your own timeline puts her in the hotel room sleeping . And how is it that " THIS BOUNCER" looked into Anna's room . Bouncers are not allowed to leave the area they are enforcing -- state law ! Uneducated, illiterate, empty headed & self destructive. Her only skill was to take off her clothes to show her surgically enhanced chest. Stop lionizing this woman, TMZ & ANS lovers; she was the most disreputable & reprehensible cow to foist herself on society; she embodies everything we strive to overcome.
