Birkhead -- "Oooh Baby!"

The first photos have surfaced showing proud papa Larry Birkhead with his and Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn.

OK! has the exclusive shots and an interview with the L.A. based photographer, who last week was determined to be the biological father of the 7-month-old. Perhaps, you heard?!

In the mag, Birkhead reveals that just three days before Dannielynn's birth, Anna sent him an e-mail saying, "Don't fall in love again, I'd be a bit jealous." Interestingly, Birkhead states that contrary to what people may think, Anna's alleged lover, Howard K. Stern, has been "a great help" with baby D, but adds, "Howard did things for Anna that no one wanted to. I actually feel sorry for Howard."

As far as Anna's mother is concerned, Larry says Virgie's not his enemy. "If she wants to be a grandmother, she can be a grandmother, my mom wants to be a grandmother too, but I'm not going to sign a paper saying so, it's just not right." Read between the lines, please!

A custody hearing for Dannielynn is scheduled for Friday in the Bahamas. As for the photos, all proceeds from their sale will be put into a trust for Dannielynn.

18. awww its so nice , but I do feel so bad for Howard , I know Larry has a good heart & wont shut him out, Howard has lost everything , your both good guys as a post said GET YOUR MOM there she has just as many rights , dont let Virgie take over, I know you wont , but you need your mom there too, that will put her in her place !

19. Birkhead has continued the whoring, how much did he get paid to publish those pics? Some think he's an angel, compared to HKS he is; however, as a paparazzi, once a WHORE, always a whore. Unfortunately, he'll prositute ANS legacy for a generation and many will still say; "what a nice guy"

20. i do hope larry and vergie works this out.i read that the poor woman was harrased at the grave the other nite that is just awful,i cant help but to feel sorry for this woman.i think everyone forgets she is greiving also.i hope she does file a wrongful death suit on both daniel and anna.i think once larry is back home things will be different.i hope he realy dont trust stern that much.he needs to remember what he has done to him.and even though that baby looks great right now you will not know if the drugs effected her or not until she is school age.she still could be add or have learning difficulties.i hope not but there are millions of kids everyday in the nurses offices at lunch taking medication because their mothers done drugs while pregnant

22. Poor Howard...he's the only one who has not nor will sell his story about ANS. Everyone's true colors will be seen soon---Virgie's certainly have shown with her being a controling money hungry biatch....and now Larry is whoring his baby out to pay his attorney bill...that poor kid doesn't have a chance with Larry and Virgie....

24. "Howard did things for Anna that no one wanted to." He sure did. He was her FRIEND that means he was there for her through THICK and THIN. Larry you are the lowest of the low. I hope Opri gets every last dime you make and Dannielynn finds Howard when she realizes what is what. HOWARD you have my sympathy but trust knowing that Dannielynn will be back because she will one day figure everything out.

26. Virgie SHOULD be harassed at ANS and Daniel's graves. ANS wouldn't want her mother there! I am sure in her own way Virgie did love ANS but she was NOT a part of her life and ANS hated her! I wish some interviewer would grow a pair and confront Virgie and ask her "you KNOW your daughter hated you, why are you trying to dig up her grave? steal her daughter? have you no soul?"

I'll give Larry credit for not bowing to Virgie's demands....

28. yeah and anna isnt the only one burried there!! even if what anna said was true which i dont believe it is.daniel is also being held hostage there.and she did stay in contact with him.someone reported she talked to him on the phone before he went to the bahamas.she has a right to go there and grieve for him with or with out anna.she did help raise him but just like i said before im sure daniel would not want to be in the bahamas he only went there to visit and now hes stuck there with stern,which im sure he doesnt want
